Advanced Red Dot Aiming Systems
Undamaged Items:
It is our desire to make our customers happy by providing the best service possible. If for any reason you are not happy with your new Ultradot product you may return it to us for a full refund during the first 10 days of the invoice purchase date. The undamaged item must be returned in it's original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a brief description of the reason for it's return. Please inspect your sight thoroughly upon it's arrival as we do not accept returns after the sight has been mounted.
Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event you receive a product that is damaged or does not perform properly you may return it to us for a full refund or replacement within the first 10 days of the invoice purchase date. The damaged item must be returned in it's original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a brief description of the reason for it's return. Please inspect your sight thoroughly upon it's arrival as we do not accept returns after the sight has been mounted. For problems after the 10 day period please contact Larry Carter using the "Lifetime Warranty" link.
